Industry Health Solutions provides a broad scope of services including pre-employment exams, injury prevention, wellness programs, medical treatment, testing surveillance programs, and case management.
We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our Occupational Medicine Health Unit in Coldwater, Michigan. You will be joining a team of physical therapists, athletic trainers, certified medical assistants, and case managers to provide a comprehensive team approach of care to our client company’s employees.
Required Qualifications / Skills
A candidate will be expected to hold an NP or PA-C license in good standing in the state of Michigan, have good orthopedic/musculoskeletal skills, preferably at least two years’ experience and an understanding of occupational medicine, excellent and dynamic people skills, good communication skills, professional confidence, and be an independent thinker.
License/Certification

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries such as sprains, strains, lacerations, and contusions
- Safety surveillance procedures such as pulmonary function testing, hearing testing, and eye exams
- Joint injections
- Suturing
- Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical Evaluations
- Medical screening
- Treatment planning
- Completing clinical notes
- Working closely with our Case Manager and worker’s compensation case management team
- Providing emergency triage in response to onsite partner requests.
Salary
$125,000 – $156,000 per year
