This role is ideal for a confident, clinically skilled provider who enjoys occupational medicine, musculoskeletal care, injury management, and working as part of a collaborative onsite healthcare team.
The provider will work alongside physical therapists, athletic trainers, certified medical assistants, injury prevention specialists, and case managers to deliver a comprehensive team approach to care for employees of our client company.

- Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal disorders and injuries, including sprains, strains, lacerations, contusions, chemical exposures, burns, and inflammatory conditions.
- Perform DOT physicals and other occupational medicine evaluations.
- Conduct medical screening, including pulmonary function testing physicals and review of audiograms.
- Perform procedures such as suturing and joint injections, when clinically appropriate and within scope.
- Develop treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Work closely with case management and the workers’ compensation team to support safe, effective return-to-work planning.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary occupational health team to support injury care, prevention, medical surveillance, and employee wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing.
- Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal assessment skills.
- Preferably at least two years of clinical experience.
- Understanding of occupational medicine preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional confidence, sound clinical judgment, and ability to work independently within a team-based model.
Preferred Qualifications
- Occupational health, urgent care, orthopedic, emergency medicine, or primary care experience.
- DOT medical examiner certification or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with workplace injuries, return-to-work restrictions, medical surveillance, and workers’ compensation coordination.
Job Type
- Part-time / per diem.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- 8-10 hour day shifts.
- Potential for 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities
You and a complete medical team will be providing medical triage and assistance to team members of one of the largest meat processing plants in the country located in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting emergency response and triage procedures for initial evaluations for musculoskeletal disorders and injuries such as sprains, strains, lacerations, and contusions. As well as non-occupational, medical emergencies.
