Functional Capacity Exams (FCE) and Fit for Duty Exams (FFD)

This evaluation provides an objective and quantifiable measurement of the employee’s ability to perform their job essential functions, or to establish what physical capabilities they do have when restricted.  It helps the employer objectively determine the capabilities of an individual’s return to work.
