Root Cause Analysis

IHS not only identifies and treats the problem, but we coordinate with your Safety Committee and our ATCs to find and correct the root cause.  Often, “near misses” can reveal underlying exposures due to administrative controls, training, ergonomics, or physical impairments. We can assist your supervisors and management team with a fresh set of eyes to discover issues you may have been looking at for years and not noticing. This is not practical when dealing with our off-site services.
