There is no way to get around the physical demands of this type of work. We look at these employees as “Industrial Athletes.”  As such, we must make sure they are suitable for “the game” and can handle the physical demands of the job.  Sometimes they cannot.  For over 20 years, we have witnessed and treated work-related injuries and illnesses that were a result of a bad fit between a worker and the essential functions of his/her job.

While remaining compliant with ADA, EEOC, and OSHA laws, Industry Health Solutions has developed a unique method of identifying new hires that are a potential safety risk to themselves and/or others.  We provide those findings to you, the employer, to minimize your exposure to lost time, OSHA recordables, and days away from work, as well as the high costs associated with them.
