Director of Human Resources

Nancy has used her 30 plus years of clinical and managerial experience to bring a strong understanding of employee engagement, staff management, effective communication, organization management, and the IHS company philosophy to her role in human resources at IHS. She is dedicated to promoting a positive work culture, staff development and administering human resource policies effectively and efficiently to optimize staff and customer satisfaction.

Nancy Offner received a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 1991 and a post-professional master’s degree in Physical Therapy, with an orthopedic concentration, in 2001. Nancy has been a practicing physical therapist since 1991 in hospital organizations, private practice, and industrial rehab. Nancy specializes in musculoskeletal injuries, with special interest in shoulder and knee rehabilitation. Nancy has worked with Jack Parry since 2007 as a senior physical therapist and Clinical Director of the private physical therapy practice and as a direct access physical therapist at Industry Health Solutions, managing initial injury and illness patients. She holds CLT, CAOHC, NIOSH PFT and POET certifications.
