The Case Management Assistant position is in an occupational medicine setting. We provide a broad scope of services including pre-employment exams, injury prevention, wellness programs, medical intervention, occupational surveillance testing programs, safety consulting and case management.

Required Qualifications/ Skills

  • High school graduate or its equivalent
  • 1-2+ years of administrative assistant experience
  • Fluent in Spanish with good understanding of medical terminology
  • Exhibit professional confidence
  • Demonstrate basic computer skills
  • Excellent and dynamic people and communication skills – a strong commitment towards achieving outstanding internal and external customer satisfaction
  • A multi-tasker with good time management

Responsibilities

You will be working with a complete medical team and assisting in case management of medical services provided in one of the largest meat processing plants in the country located in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide translation services (English-Spanish) for on-site and off-site appointments
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of services for clients
  • Arrange medical appointments for and assist clients with completion of registration packets
  • Provide claim information and request medical records from outside providers
  • Contact clients scheduled for appointments and arrange meetings with Case Management
  • Enter claims into electronic claims database
  • Complete documentation/uploads in electronic medical records
