Dr. Jack A. Parry, DPT, MPT, MSA, CWcHP, CIEE

Founder & CEO

Dr. Jack A. Parry received a Bachelor’s Degree from Lafayette College and holds Masters Degrees in administration and physical therapy from Columbus College and Temple University, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Temple University.  He has been a clinician since 1989 and currently specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction and industrial injury.  Dr. Parry has been extensively involved with employer health programs for over 20 years.  He has advanced knowledge in the areas of pre-employment screening, employer wellness programs, injury prevention, and on-site treatment and rehab programs. He has performed well over one thousand job duty analyses and post-offer employment tests, and hundreds of functional capacity exams. With that knowledge, advanced training, and experience, he has developed a proprietary comprehensive treatment and documentation system that has not only reduced injury, illness, and DART rates but has reduced workers’ comp costs in the millions of dollars. 

Dr. Parry also developed a deep respect for teamwork, responsibility, and professionalism through serving as an Infantry officer and Detachment Commander, Executive Officer, Logistics Officer, and Company Commander in the United States Army.  He has lectured on multiple musculoskeletal topics such as shoulder and spine evaluation and treatment as well as cumulative trauma disorders in the workplace.  He is certified as an Industrial Rehab Specialist, Master Fitness Trainer, and Certified Ergonomic Specialist.  He has served on the board of directors for multiple organizations and currently serves as Director of Resource Development for Love Cradle International orphaned children’s ministry.
